With your permission, they submit a claim for each agreement and a legal representative is assigned to your case to carry it forward while regularly updating you. Information regarding the agreement is requested from your creditors, sometimes for a small fee that cannot exceed 1 pounds per agreement.

Navigation is very basic and there are no additional resources such as blogs or forums. While lacking in aesthetic value, the content on the website does a good job of getting information across. Information about the company's services and how it processes claims is clear and concise. An FAQ section explains other aspects such as fees and type of agreements they work with.
