While the website does mention that each debt settlement process is unique for each customer they do not go into any detail about the process or provide any information as to why their service is superior to the hundreds of other companies in the market. The company does claim that it is able to reduce the debt by 40-60% and can also have you debt free in a period of just 36 months as opposed to 5 or more years it would take by other methods. Another very big advantage would be that all creditors are instructed to deal directly with Everest Debt Solutions and you no longer have to put up with harassing creditor calls.

One thing clearly highlighted on the company's website is that they work only for the client and unlike other non-profits or "free" consulting services do not take any payment from the creditors.

A face-to-face meeting can also be requested by filling out a short form. While the company does provide a FAQ section it does not dive into the kind of depth that one sees on other websites.

There is not much else provided in terms of support material for the potential or current customers. All of the company's consultants are given training before starting with clients, but no detail is offered about the type of training they receive. One thing that works in the favour of the company is the fact that they are member of the United States Organization for Bankruptcy Alternatives (USOBA).
